Every two years a group of storage and memory experts meets to look at the memory and storage industry and make projections for the near and far future as part of the iNEMI roadmap effort. This talk is based upon the 2019 iNEMI mass storage roadmap and looks at developments in flash memory, emerging non-volatile memories, hard disk drives, optical drives and magnetic tape with projections out to 2028.
